This agreement (the "Terms") governs your use of lazarineac.com and the heating, cooling and electrical services provided by Nathan Lazarine A/C Heat & Electric, doing business as Lazarine AC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or requesting service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Our services
We provide residential and light-commercial heating, cooling, and electrical services in Fort Bend County and the greater Houston area. Descriptions on this website are for general information and do not create a warranty or guarantee of a specific result.
Licensing
Our heating, air-conditioning and electrical work is performed under our Texas state licenses: Texas HVAC License 60717E · Texas Electrical License 17283. Air-conditioning and refrigeration contractors and electrical contractors in Texas are licensed by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR), which you can contact with questions about a licensed contractor.
Estimates & scheduling
Requesting an estimate or appointment through the site is a request, not a binding contract. Pricing is confirmed in a written estimate for your specific system and property before work begins. Any ranges shown on the site are planning ranges only, not quotes.
Emergencies
Do not use the website or the contact form for emergencies. If you smell gas, see sparks or smoke, or have an electrical hazard, leave the area and call 911 or your utility first, then call us at (713) 725-3980. For anything urgent, please call rather than using the online form.
Financing and payments
Financing offered through our website is provided by third-party lenders, such as EnerBank. Applications are made on the lender's own website, and approval, rates and terms are set by the lender, not by us. We do not collect payment card numbers on this website; see "Payment Security" in our Privacy Policy.
Communications
If you send us a request or call us, we will contact you by phone or email about that request. Text messages are sent only if you opt in — with the optional consent checkbox on our contact form or by telling us by phone — and consent to texts is never a condition of purchase.
