Local AC, heating & electrical in Fort Bend County since 2000
Lazarine AC is a local heating, cooling and electrical company based in Missouri City, Texas. Since 2000 — 26 years — one crew has handled the whole job for homes across Fort Bend County and Greater Houston: repair, replacement, installation, maintenance and inspection, with a free written estimate before any work begins.

How we work
Fort Bend's cooling season runs March through November, and the humidity works every system harder than it would in a drier climate. So we size equipment for the house, quote the job in writing before we touch anything, and stand behind the work with a satisfaction guarantee. If a replacement makes more sense than another repair, we say so — and 0% same-as-cash financing for 12 months (on approved credit) keeps that decision from waiting on a lump sum.
