Air Purifiers & UV Light Systems in Sienna Plantation, TX

If you want cleaner air throughout a Sienna Plantation home, an in-duct purifier or a UV light added to your HVAC system is the most direct route. We install and service all three types: whole-home air purifiers, UV air purifiers and UV coil purifiers. Lazarine AC is based in nearby Missouri City and has been in business since 2000.

Three ways to treat the air

Each option solves a slightly different problem.

• Whole-home air purifiers mount in the ductwork and treat air for the entire house whenever the blower runs.
• UV air purifiers place an ultraviolet lamp in the air stream to treat air as it passes through the system.
• Coil-mounted UV lights keep the evaporator coil and drain pan cleaner by limiting mold and biofilm growth.

Our guide on what a whole-home air purifier does explains the details in plain language.

What points to a purification upgrade

Homeowners usually start asking about purifiers after noticing one of these.

• Dust settles again soon after cleaning.
• A musty smell when the AC first turns on.
• Pets add dander that the filter has to catch.
• Someone in the household is sensitive to airborne irritants.

With heat and humidity lasting well beyond summer in Fort Bend County, a musty smell from the vents often traces back to the coil or drain pan. Purifiers and UV lights complement good filtration and maintenance; they do not replace them.

Getting the right fit

Because these systems attach to your existing HVAC equipment, we check what your system can accommodate first. A free written estimate comes first, so there are no surprises about what will be done or what it costs. We are a Texas-licensed contractor: HVAC license 60717E and electrical license 17283.

During the visit, a technician checks your system and walks you through what would and would not help. We also service existing purifiers and UV lights, including replacing lamps that have reached the end of their useful life.

Details on each system are on our air purifier and UV light service page. Get in touch to set up a visit to your Sienna Plantation home.
